Terms of Use

1 Contractual Relationship

1.1 These terms (“Terms”) govern the access of any user within the Syrian Arab Republic to the Pick & Book application or website (“Application”) and the services related to restaurant reservations (“Services”).

1.2 Accessing or using the Services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the Application immediately.

1.3 Pick & Book reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be announced through the Application.

2 Services

2.1 Pick & Book provides a digital platform that allows users to view available restaurants and make reservations based on available times.

2.2 Pick & Book does not own any restaurant and does not provide food services; its role is limited to displaying information and managing the reservation process between the user and the restaurant.

2.3 Each restaurant is fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information displayed in the Application,
• Table availability,
• The quality of service provided at the restaurant.

2.4 The Application is for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3 User Account

3.1 To create an account, users must provide accurate information such as name, mobile number, and email.

3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity conducted through their account.

3.3 Pick & Book reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in cases of:

• Providing inaccurate information,
• Misuse of the Application,
• Violating these Terms.

4 Use of Services

4.1 Users must use the Application lawfully, ethically, and without misusing the reservation service or causing inconvenience to restaurants.

4.2 The Application may request identity verification in certain cases.

4.3 Users must adhere to reservation times and avoid making random bookings or repeatedly canceling without valid reason.

5 Cancellation

5.1 Users are allowed to cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

5.2 Restaurants have the right to cancel a reservation in the following cases:

• Failure of the user to show up on time,
• Providing misleading or incorrect information,
• Operational circumstances affecting the restaurant.

6 Content

6.1 The Application may include information provided by restaurants, and Pick & Book is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of images,
• Dish descriptions,
• Prices or promotional offers.

6.2 Pick & Book reserves the right to remove or edit any inappropriate or non-compliant content within the Application.

7 Privacy

7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with Pick & Book’s Privacy Policy.

7.2 Certain user information may be shared with restaurants solely for completing the reservation process.

8 Messages and Notifications

8.1 The user agrees to receive SMS messages or in-app notifications related to reservations or essential updates.

9 Intellectual Property

All content within the Application, including:

• Trademarks,
• Designs,
• Texts and images,
• Code and software,

is the exclusive property of Pick & Book and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Pick & Book is not liable for:

• The quality of service provided by the restaurant,
• Any dispute between the user and the restaurant,
• Any damage, loss, or issue occurring during the user’s presence at the restaurant.

10.2 The role of Pick & Book is limited to facilitating the reservation process only.

11 Modifications and Service Suspension

11.1 Pick & Book reserves the right to modify or suspend part or all of the Services temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Syrian Arab Republic.
